To register a trademark in Ecuador, you will need to follow these steps:

1. Conduct a trademark search: Before you begin the registration process, it’s important to conduct a search to ensure that your proposed trademark is not already in use by someone else.
2. File an application: Once we have determined that your proposed trademark is available, we can file an application with the Ecuadorian Intellectual Property Office (IEPI).

4. Pay the fee: You will need to pay the fee associated with filing a trademark application. The fee varies depending on the type of application and the number of classes of goods or services.
